Laurens Birthday at...

        

It all started on saturday the 8th of october Billie, Ella, Holly, Bryar, Sasha, Lauren Rihanna and I went to Mega Air for Laurens birthday party. When I got there  I was greeted by  Billie, her mum lauren and mum.
Lauren’s mum took Billie and me to the counter to get a wristband. You have to wear a wristband so all the staff at mega air will know that you have paid and booked for mega air. In every session  you will wear a different color band.
Then Billie and I walked into a room where a whole lot of other children were sitting at tables watching a safety video to learn about the rules at mega air.   
After the video we were taken to the trampoline area. There were a lot of trampolines. My favourite was the half pipe. The half pipe is a trampoline with to trampoline walls opposite each other that you have to bounce on to get to the end and back.                      




When our session had finished we drove to Lauren’s house for the rest of the birthday. When we got there we played pass the parcel, the jelly game and capture the flag.  But this is a different kind of capture the flag. Bryar





In this game there are two teams that have a flag each. Each team has to find a base and hide the flag there.


Then both teams have to find each other's flag that take it to your base without being seen. Before we played Bryar , Rihanna and holly went home. When we finished playing my dad arrived just in time to pick me up. I really enjoyed lauren's party it was exciting but I was tired.

Folk dance

In the past few weeks kauri have been practicing folk dance for their presentation for kids to town. After we had learned all the dances we got to make up our own dances. When we made the dances we had to be in a group. I was in a group with Parwin.

Our group is called #marshmallo.

Stop bullying

Hi there my name is Jedi, My friends and I are here to talk to you about bullying. Now as you all know bullying is when you do anything to someone that can make them really upset. Here is a video that my friends and I made for our digi awards. You can also find this video on youtube.

Kauri news hub

In Kauri class the past few weeks the news group have been making news shows and filming them. We split into two groups and prepared our news item. Presenter one is Billie Presenter two is Mika, interview people are Jedi ( Me) and Parwin. I am on sports parwin is on weather and Julia and Lauren are editors. I really enjoyed filming but I found it hard to look up at the screen for a little while.

In Class We have been Learning about people who have changed the world. We all got to pick Somebody who changed the world, Then  we made a slideshow about them. I chose to write about Neil armstrong as you can see on my slide. Here take a look at my slide it's awesome.

Well in class we have been cooking. All the groups cooked something different although all of the groups made pizza. My group and I made pizza, meat kebabs, fruit kebabs drizzled in chocolate mmm my favourite.

I am an enthusiastic learner

I wonder if Mr M will give me a gumball for free.

I hear the noise of the class.

I see Enthusiastic learners.

I want a  free gumball!

I am awesome at everything!

I pretend to like school work.

I feel tired after swimming.

I touch the keys of my chromebook when I do my work.

I worry that Mr M wont give me a gumball.=(
